A majority of store-bought breads are loaded with preservatives. We don't use preservatives in our artisan breads to make sure you get a fresh and delicious flavor with every bite. Our bakers also follow a thorough baking process to create our fresh breads. You can't rush art, so we take our time to make beautiful and tasty bread.

Italian

This Italian bread has a crisp, buttery crust and a soft, light crumb. It is ideal for your dinner bread and butter basket.

Seeded Twist

Sesame seeds and poppy seeds twisted into our Italian dough and topped with pretzel salt. It goes great with soups and salads, or just snack on it as is.

Multigrain Sourdough

Our most nutritious (and delicious) loaf! This favorite is made with a mix of whole wheat and wheat flour, rye meal, rolled oats, cracked wheat, millet, sesame seeds, flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and pumpkin seeds. It makes a great BLT, or, if you're vegetarian, try it with roasted vegetables and cheese.

German Rye (Unseeded)

A German style rye bread made with whole rye meal, dark rye flour, and comes without caraway seeds. Try it with ham and smoked cheddar.

Wheatberry Sourdough

Like the Multigrain Sourdough, this is a very nutritious bread. Made with whole wheat and wheat flour, cracked wheatberries, and wheat germ.

Whole Wheat with Walnuts and Raisins

Made with our Wheatberry dough, we add lots of raisins and chopped walnuts. This bread makes excellent toast or if you're adventurous, try making a grilled cheese with it!

Ciabatta

This is an authentic Italian style loaf that has a very flavorful, crispy crust and an open textured inside. In store Tuesdays, Wednesdays, & Thursdays or made to order.

Use it for your next Muffaletta sandwich.

Rosemary Focaccia

We take our rich focaccia dough, brush it with our seasoned olive oil and add fresh rosemary to it. Sold as 4 large squares to a bag.

Queen City Sourdough

This is our crustiest and most tart Sourdough loaf. It's made (over the course of 3 days) with 10% whole wheat flour, a hint of pickle juice, and our starter established in 2011.

Cinnamon Raisin Brioche

This bread is loaded with butter and eggs. It has a swirl of cinnamon sugar, but isn't overly sweet, and is ideal for French toast.
